Photo Gallery | Cobb-Based 'The Pink Plumber' Makes $2,500 Donation to Susan G. Komen for the Cure

Based in Smyrna, Aames, The Pink Plumber has been in business for over 20 years. Since 2010, the company has donated 5 percent of its net profits, year-round, to breast cancer awareness. (Owner Geoff Gillon’s mother is a survivor.) And to honor Breast Cancer Awareness Month, The Pink Plumber is upping its commitment to donate 5 percent of its net profits throughout October to Susan G. Komen for the Cure.

Recently, company executives presented the organization with a check for $2,500, the amount raised thus far. In the picture (L to R) are Tom Faltersack (General Manager, The Pink Plumber), Geoff Gillon (Owner, The Pink Plumber), Kelly Dolan (Executive Director, Susan G. Komen for the Cure) and Simon Kelley (Business Manager, The Pink Plumber).
