KENNESAW, Ga. -- U.S. Representative Tom Price (R-Ga.) will speak at Kennesaw State University on Monday.
Price represents Georgia's 6th congressional district, which includes Cherokee County, east Cobb, north Fulton and Dunwoody, as well as Roswell, Sandy Springs and Vinings.
He will speak to KSU students who are majoring in political science and/or taking classes centered on Congress and the legislative process. Rep. Price is expected to discuss his career in politics, give an update on Congress and his priorities, and take questions from students.
All KSU political science majors and those in Congress-related classes are encouraged to attend. The lecture will begin at 3:30 p.m., followed by a reception at 5 p.m., in Prillaman Hall, the school's health sciences building.
