Title (Max 100 Charaters)
KENNESAW, Ga. -- "I really, really like you a lot," country music superstar Blake Shelton tells a contestant on NBC's hit singing show "The Voice."
"He said he liked you," Maroon 5 frontman Adam Levine replies. "I love you."
And who is this lovable contestant in the show's new promo? It's none other than Cobb County's own Phillip Arnold.
Arnold first impressed Karyn Greer and Chesley McNeil with his huge voice; now the nation gets a chance to fall in love with the young man who goes by Pip.
Before he began his trajectory to celebrity, Pip was a student at Kennesaw Mountain High School, where he sang in a quartet and was active in musical theater. Teachers and classmates alike saw big things in his future.
"The sky's the limit," they say.
Now, with the entire nation watching, is seems as though Pip is more than ready to live up to all that potential.
