The national Farm to School program connects schools with local farms in order to ensure that healthy meals are served in school cafeterias and farms receive the support they need and deserve.

Currently, there are 360 Georgia schools and six full systems integrating farm to school programs.

The Cobb County School District and Community Services Board asked the very same question in 2008.
