Penske shooting suspect to go on trial in May | Crime
MARIETTA, Ga. -- The man accused of shooting and killing three people at a Kennesaw Penske Truck Rental facility three years ago will go on trial later this year.
A Cobb County judge has set a May 28 trial date for 63-year-old Jesse James Warren.

The Temple man is accused of killing Jaider Felipe Marulanda of Lawrenceville, Robert Gonzalez of Dallas and Vance Springer of Woodstock, and injuring two others when he opened fire at the truck rental business on Jan. 12, 2010.
