Search Warrant Yields Multiple Drug Arrests

KENNESAW, GA -- On Thursday, Sept. 16 around 7:00 a.m., officers from the Kennesaw Police Department served a search warrant at the residence located at 4035 Summit Wood Drive.

Upon entering the residence, they made contact with five adults and one juvenile. After further investigation, the officers found marijuana apparently packaged to sell and several bottles of various prescription medications, according to the Kennesaw Police Department.

The occupants of the home were taken into custody and state warrants were secured:

Jordan Dion McCellan Banks, 20
Felony -- Possession with Intent to Distribute Marijuana
Felony -- Possession of Prescription Drugs without a Prescription

Judy Rita Hill, 58
Felony -- Manufacture Marijuana
Felony -- Possession of Prescription Drugs without a Prescription
Misdemeanor -- Prescription Drugs Not in Original Container

Stormi Jane Hornbeck, 17
Felony -- Possession with Intent to Distribute Marijuana
Felony -- Possession of Prescription Drugs without a Prescription

Cori Ann Hornbeck, 43
Felony -- Possession with Intent to Distribute Prescription Drugs

Rondel Fred Fucci, 30
Felony -- Manufacture Marijuana

Juvenile, 14
Felony -- Possession of Prescription Drugs without a Prescription

The five adults were transported to the Cobb County Adult Detention Center, and the juvenile was released to the Department of Family and Children Services.

Joseph Earl Scott, a sixth adult who lives at the residence, was out of town at the time. He has a warrant issued for his arrest, charging him with:
Felony -- Possession of Prescription Drugs without a Prescription
Misdemeanor -- Possession of Marijuana

These charges are the result of items found in his room.
